If you have groin pain after a THR investigate if it is your psoas muscle and Iliopsoas Tendinitis. Your physical therapist should be able to easily find your psoas muscle and push down and you will recognize that is where the pain is coming from. WebbPosition hip march, ABD,EXT within water when available. Wall eight 30 degrees knee flexion. Heel lifts. Functional terminal knee expand. Continue PROM significance for lower IR in supine with 0 student aware flexure. Hebdomad 3. Sidelying hip ABD/ER “clams”. Sidelying hip ABD and disposed hips EXT AROM. Bridge with tubing at knees.
