Webb12 maj 2010 · After the first thermostat housing leak I pulled the unit and patched up the crack, eliminated the tstat/radiator bypass function, and drilled some bypass holes into the tstat. The leak stayed fixed for a good amount of time, but eventually resurfaced in a slightly different area. I sealed it up again and reinstalled with the same eventual result.
